I booked it many times and recommend. The staff were helpful throughout my visit. I loved having 2 double beds in the room, that was clean too. Comfy beds were provided.

Wanted to explore Gatlinburg and this hotel was easy base for doing it. The staff was helpful and affable - we will definitely go again next time.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the helpful and affable staff. If going to Gatlinburg one more time I would definitely stop here again.
